What is your name? Where did you grow up? What made you decide to become an artist?
L. e Dee (L È D): My name is Faith Angum Choh, I was born in Cameroon, Africa and grew up all around Prince George’s County, MD from the ages of 7-18 when my family settled in Bowie, MD. Music has always been a big part of my life when I was a kid I was always dancing and singing and rapping along to the greats trying to match them bar for bar. I learned to play several instruments and fell in love with music in all spectrums. In college when trying to pick my career I bounced from neurology to nursing to accounting and architecture but nothing brought me the same genuine joy and happiness that music does.

Where do you usually gather songwriting inspiration?
L. e Dee (L È D): From the people around me and the experiences we go through together and separately. We each have our own journey and struggles, it’s our job to hold each other up when those struggles start to weigh down. Which is what I hope to do with my music.
Any planned studio upgrades? What are you working with now?
L. e Dee (L È D): No planned studio upgrades right now the work I do with The Sax House Studio in DC is not only affordable but Nate Slacks the engineer and artist is willing b to listen to what I have to say about what my songs should sound and is not pushing his own agenda of what it should be and how it should sound so I think I’ll keep him a while longer. Equipment wise I wouldn’t be able to even begin to tell you what he uses.
Any new upcoming projects that you want to talk about?
L. e Dee (L È D): I’ve got a mixtape being released on the 23 of March!! The single for which is out now on YouTube and on Ledeeofficial.com. The mixtape will also be available for FREE download on Ledeeofficial.com as well as on all streaming platforms.
